Collectible Sri Lankan Dowry Necklace

Stunning 1800’s silver gilt dowry wedding pendant,  mixed with gorgeous, natural Tibetan turquoise, and a composite bead made from old Roman glass. The pendant is traditionally worn on the side, and latough it does open for wearing, I’ve strung it so that there’s a more serviceable clasp that goes at the back of the neck.  These pendants, when you can find them, are emblematic of the incredible workmanship of the Sri Lankans.   Price includes matching earrings.
