Venetian Daze

Well matched collection of black white and blue Venetian Trade beads from the late 1800’s, knotted together with a loop buttonhole closure. Known as Medicine Man beads they were traded across three continents in the 1800’s.  I made this one while sitting in the window ledge of my Venetian apartment, gazing to the world below.  Bliss.  Knotted with natural black and white hemp fabric, and a button and hole opening.
