NISA – A town on the ancient Silk Road

Another piece for my Silk Road Exhibition.    Ancient rock crystal pumpkin cut beads, from the Himalayas, aeons old.  These beads are revered as they are believed to have healing powers, as well as being a stone of purity and spirituality.  I’ve mixed this with an ancient carnelian bead, etched by hand, and some more recent Indian carnelian. Ends with a gold washed toggle clasp.  So elegant – it will take you anywhere.
