“AKSU” – A CITY ON THE OLD SILK ROAD

What a spectacular collection of ancient beads on this powerful Noir four strand necklace – all going back to 2000 BCE and verified by the experts.  Even UNESCO had their eye on it for its enormous historical value and unattainability. Yes, I was lucky to find these excavated pieces from Afghanistan.  Jade, jet, clay, agate, Roman glass bangle fragments, ancient silk spinning whorls, onyx.  I’ve attached these to two antique 1800’s solid silver perfume amulets from Morocco.  Necklace pops over the head.  History in the palm of your hand and exceptional.
