Peacock Pendant

This stunning Indian silver amulet, with a peacock pattern, is from Rajasthan. It opens at one end with a rather technically brilliant screw, to insert protective texts. Probably early 1900’s. Hallmarked. I’ve wired ancient (200ad) melon cut quartz to protect them and allow movement. With antique Bohemian quartz and more ancient beads from Afghanistan. A true Wearable Treasure, collector’s piece.
